Supporting employees’ career growth and preparing for future leadership needs by creating career development

6.     Employee Relations

Managing the employer-employee relationship to ensure a positive work environment. Conducting surveys, conversations and more.

7.     Exit Process

The process of managing an employee’s departure from the organization.

8.     Employee Lifecycle

Managing the employee lifecycle of confirmation, probation, 30-60-90 day feedback and also creating HR SOP’s, Organization Chart, Roles and Designations.
